200 hr Hatha, 40 hrs of Trauma Sensitive yoga, numerous workshops since 1998 with a variety of wonderful yoga teachers.
Why I love yoga:
Integrating breath, movement and stillness, transports me into a happy place. I enjoy sharing with others a discipline that can literally change one's life in a very short period of time. Practicing the 8 limbs of yoga transforms you to be your best self; mentally, physically and spiritually.
My interests other than yoga:
Photography, nature, travel, outdoor activities, books, family, friends, cooking.
