Why I love yoga: The benefits of Yoga have assisted me to improve in my own practice, heal past trauma, gain strength, heal injuries and discover a calmness and clarity that I also love sharing in my classes. I love how Yoga naturally becomes a lifestyle both on and off the mat. Diving into this incredible practice invites a self transformation journey that has allowed me to really discover my true authentic self.
My interests other than yoga: Listening to music, Live music events,playing guitar, animals, dance, singing,photography, travel, minimalism, sustainable living, being in nature and spending time with my husband, furkids, family and friends.
