The Mindful Matters Reading Group is a great way to add to your physical practice and gather with other members of our wonderful yoga community. We will be exploring a variety of material that will encourage conversation and expand our awareness. Led by Gayle Pauletti, a book club host of 20 years.
Come into our tranquil space, sip some tea with friends on our cozy couch and try a class that meets you where you are. From gentle and beginner to vigorous vinyasa, we offer a wide selection of yoga classes for everyone.
It is our goal to make yoga accessible to every person. Our teachers are experienced in guiding all levels of practitioners in a safe and inspiring way. We also have a wide array of props (bolsters, blocks, straps, mats and blankets) to ensure your class is blissful.
