Are you ready to go beyond the mat and into the heart of yoga? Whether your goal is to teach or simply to cultivate a deeper personal practice, this immersive training is designed to support growth, self-discovery, and transformation.
Led by experienced E-RYT500 instructors and senior teachers at The Yoga Lounge, our program combines ancient yogic wisdom with modern tools for learning. Offered in a flexible hybrid format, our training includes both in-person and online learning, plus unlimited access to all in-studio and virtual yoga classes throughout the program.
The Lead Teachers for this program are Kelly Knight (E-RYT500), Allison Andersen (E-RYT500), Zetta Rose (E-RYT500) and Nancy Carrey (E-RYT500).
We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level.
Program Overview
Our curriculum is grounded in traditional Hatha Yoga and follows all Yoga Alliance guidelines and requirements for a 200-Hour Registered Yoga School (RYS). This comprehensive program is designed to provide a strong, well-rounded foundation in the teachings and practices of yoga.
Training topics include:
• Yoga philosophy, history, and the roots of the practice
• The eight limbs of yoga and ethical foundations
• Asana study: alignment, anatomy, and functional movement
• Pranayama, meditation, and the subtle body
• Ayurveda and the chakra system
• Teaching methodology and the art of sequencing
• The role of the teacher: voice, presence, and holding space
• Yoga Nidra and deep relaxation techniques
• Business of yoga, ethics and professionalism
• Hands-on adjustments, modifications, and class design

This training is offered in a hybrid format—a mix of in-person weekends and online study to support flexibility and integration.

Class times:
Fridays: 6:00–9:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Sundays: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
What You’ll Need
Prerequisites:
• At least one year of regular yoga practice
• A sincere interest in learning and self-study
• Commitment to attend all sessions and complete course requirements
Student Responsibilities:
• Daily yoga and meditation practice
• Assigned readings and homework
• Class observations and practice teaching
• Present a short research project
• Pass written and practical evaluations
• Maintain a supportive and respectful group presence
Investment
Your tuition includes all course materials, mentorship, unlimited studio and virtual class access during training, and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate upon successful completion.

• Standard Rate – $3000 if paid by November 5, 2025
