Our class sizes are limited to support a peaceful and personalized experience. Please preregister to reserve your spot. We begin and end on time, so we invite you to arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in.

What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring your own mat if you have one . We have extras and props available. Let your teacher know about any injuries or conditions before class. Visit our New Student page for more tips on what to expect.
What if I need to cancel a class I signed up for?
We understand things come up. Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance when possible so someone else can attend class
How do I become a member?
Our $99 monthly membership gives you unlimited access to classes, on-demand videos, discounts, and more. View membership and class pass options on our Rate page.
Do you offer classes for seniors or people with injuries?
Yes. We offer accessible classes including Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga. Our teachers can offer variations to meet your needs. Explore our accessible options on our Class Description page.
Do you have beginner classes?
Yes! Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers are experienced in guiding new students with care. Visit our Class Descriptions page to explore styles and find the right fit for you.
How do I sign up for a class?
