Hatha
Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga. Classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. The studio temperature is usually set between 76 to 78 degrees. Each teacher will add their own personal touch so be sure to try different classes.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. Vinyasa can be translated as “to place in a special way”. In this class, postures are woven together in a flowing sequence guided by the rhythm of the breath. While the shapes may be familiar from our Hatha classes, Vinyasa moves at a faster, more continuous pace, helping to build strength, endurance, and focus. Expect to explore creative transitions, sun salutations, and opportunities for more challenging postures such as arm balances and inversions.
The studio temperature is set between 78–80 degrees. Each teacher brings their own inspiration and sequencing, so we encourage you to explore different classes.
