My yoga certification(s): Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour RYT Why I love yoga: I was introduced to yoga and meditation as a teenager and both have influenced many aspects of my life. My practice keeps me centered, present and peaceful. I love that yoga is for everyone. Being able to share the mind, body and soul connection with others truly brings me joy. My interests other than yoga: I love being outside in nature and I've always been drawn to the beach. I enjoy photography, snorkeling, baking, and sitting down with a good book. Family time can be a rare commodity so I cherish every moment! My favorite quote: The present moment contains past and future. The secret of transformation is the way we handle this very moment.
