Why I love yoga:

• For my personal practice, I love how the discipline of yoga asana quiets the mind and brings one-pointed focus to the present. 
• For sharing with others, I delight in watching yoga students' awareness unfold, revealing to them the magical healing and growth that yogic movement delivers. A mindful, "working" yogi receives new gifts from asana at every practice.

My interests other than yoga:

• Help others live with ease and joy (volunteering, gladly serving in my role as Mom and Wife).  
• Sharing what I've learned during my time here on Earth (social media, serving as website tech and marketing contributor to several local orgs.)
