Why I love yoga: I love combining movement, mindfulness, and meditation as a holistic practice for improving my mind, body and soul. Yoga allows me to go within while practicing with like-minded friends, bringing a much-needed peace to my entire life.
My interests other than yoga: Traveling with my husband to see historical places and buildings (I love castles), spending time with my 3 pups, Kevin, Corabell, and Charlie Jake; being outside with nature; live music of all kinds.
