Slow Flow - Release

Move slowly for a deep stretch and release of tightness in the physical body. Includes some sweet hip, shoulder and heart openers. Postures are held for a longer time to focus on alignment and transitions taken mindfully to make this appropriate for all levels. Enjoy!
