Why I love yoga:
I am passionate about the many benefits of yoga for reducing stress, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance in the mind and body. It is this harmony, between physical body and spirit mind, that makes yoga so meaningful to me. I love that yoga is a never ending “practice” and that I can evolve with yoga throughout this journey of life. I love that yoga is something to be shared.
My interests other than yoga:
I can often be found reading a book, listening to music, walking with my dogs and spending time with my husband, our children and family.
