- Anatomy and physiology
- Asana practice, benefits and alignment
- Pranayama and meditation techniques
- Teaching methodology, foundation and structure of a Hatha Yoga class

- Adjustments and modifications for yoga postures
- Ethics and business of Yoga

- A passion for yoga and willingness to learn
- Commitment to attend all sessions and complete assignments
