Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified training is a deep dive into the foundations of traditional yoga. Guided by experienced teachers, this program blends philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology with personal growth and community connection. Whether you plan to teach or simply deepen your practice, this training offers a transformative and meaningful journey.

Practice with us anytime, anywhere. Our virtual studio offers a growing library of thoughtfully curated classes, guided meditations, and short practices to support you on and off the mat. Whether you're craving stillness, movement, or a moment to reset, you'll find accessible options to meet you right where you are.

Our specialty offerings include in-studio classes like Accessible Yoga, Chair Yoga, Sound Healing, Restorative, and Pranayama, as well as yoga beyond the studio. We offer private sessions, beach yoga, kids yoga, workplace and corporate yoga, and classes in senior living and healthcare facilities. Each experience is designed to meet students with care, adaptability, and intention, creating meaningful access to the heart of yoga wherever you are.

Founder & OwnerKelly is the founder and owner of The Yoga Lounge. With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an experienced 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she is also a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. She created this community out of her deep love for yoga and a desire to offer it in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way. Kelly is passionate about the way yoga cultivates a healthy body and mind, and she’s equally devoted to service; creating meaningful, memorable experiences for her clients, teachers, and the greater community. She believes in the power of conscious connection and is committed to holding space where students can grow with steadiness, joy, and purpose.

Studio ManagerRachel Galloway has been with The Yoga Lounge since day one and serves as our dedicated studio manager. With a 200-hour certification in Ashtanga/Vinyasa from Yoga Bala and an additional 200-hour certification from The Yoga Lounge, she brings warmth, creativity, and care to every part of the studio. Rachel supports much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running smoothly and is passionate about creating exceptional, memorable experiences for our community. She fell in love with yoga through the simple power of breath and continues to be inspired by its ability to bring calm, clarity, and connection.
